About Kelli KasparAn award-winning agent, I have reached the Presidents Award sales achievement level for Weichert for the past six years. I specialize in residential real estate in Raleigh and the surrounding counties, cities, and towns that make up the Triangle. Whether it be a condo or a single-family home or a multi-family quad, I can sell it or help you buy it.
I have been licensed since 2001 and worked on a large team with my family before coming to Weichert in 2009. My referrals will tell you that I am dedicated to superb client service, and I pride myself on going that extra step for my clients any way I can. I know that communication is paramount to successful transactions, and am known for swift response times, pledging to get back to you within hours if not minutes. I am a seasoned negotiator and a strong advocator for my clients. I have collected a comprehensive list of service providers, including mortgage brokers, insurance agents, home inspectors, plumbers, HVAC contractors, handymen, landscapers, and general contractors.
Sellers will find enhanced, premier status of their listings on Zillow & Trulia. I also harness social media to spread the word even faster, generating more of a buzz to make sure their home sells at the best price and terms in the least amount of time. Buyers will find that I go above and beyond to find them a home they will love. This includes educating them about the area that they are looking in, the current market status, and the entire buying process, which allows them to negotiate their best terms or win in a multiple offer situation.
On a more personal note, I have lived in the Triangle since 1996, but I was born in Indiana, and I have lived in Missouri, Texas, and Asheville, NC, before calling Raleigh home. I like to keep active even outside of my busy real estate career by enjoying CrossFit, running in local 5Ks and 10Ks and relay races, practicing hot yoga, walking/hiking local trails with my husband and our dog, and always trying new things. (rock climbing in 2019!) I am also a huge animal lover, specifically obsessed with dogs. I have volunteered with Saving Grace, a local dog, and farm animal rescue for many years (thanks to a past client!) and will donate part of my commission earned on each sale to their cause. I also adopted a plant-based diet in the summer of 2017, and I am enjoying learning to cook tasty plant-based recipes and treats!
